Sangeet Jagat is a digital knowledge platform and e-journal for Indian music. Since 2018 we have published articles on music theory, ragas and talas, instruments, artists and gharanas, history and treatises, forms and traditions, music education and careers, and the links between music, health and society — in Hindi, Marathi and, increasingly, English.
Our four pillars are संगीत · शिक्षा · ज्ञान · समुदाय — music, education, knowledge and community. We want students, teachers, artists, researchers and listeners to find reliable, useful and well-explained material in one place.

Sangeet Jagat is an initiative of Bhartiya Sangeet Kalapith, a registered society (Registration No. F-22232 (CSN)) based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
